Loader/Receiver - 1st Shift (6am-6:30pm/ 2-2-3 Shift Rotation)

Compensation:

$20.00 per hour plus benefits day one

Loader/Receiver

to join our 1st shift team. If you're someone who takes pride in precision, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and knows how to keep things clean, safe, and efficient--this is your chance to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

Receive and ship milk products according to schedule Manage silo space and CIP (Clean-in-Place) requirements Perform sanitation and preventative maintenance tasks Monitor and document milk testing procedures Wash tankers and clean equipment per SOP Load out finished products with accuracy Communicate effectively with lab techs, operators, and supervisors Ensure GMPs, safety, and food quality standards are met Troubleshoot common issues and keep operations flowing

What You Bring:

High School Diploma or GED 1+ year in manufacturing or production (preferred) Ability to lift, move, and work on your feet Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Willingness to become forklift and CHARM certified Team-first attitude and ability to work independently
