Minimum Requirements:

- At least eighteen (18) years old
- Valid driver's license to operate company vehicle
- No experience necessary, employer will be training

Employer Notes:
- Employer conducts a drug test before the first day of employment, the test does screen for Marijuana
- Employer will teach safe function and forklift operation
- Successful candidates will have good depth perception
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Job Duties:
- Operate front-end loader safely and efficiently to load customers and company vehicles with bulk landscaping products
- Climb in and out multiple times a day
- Communicate clearly with handheld radio
- Maintenance and fueling of equipment
- Keep the bulk yard clean and free of debris
- Assist with ordering products
- Use the loader for mixing of proprietary products for customers to purchase or upon request
- Regularly lift up to 100 pounds without assistance while filling and loading bags of bulk products into vehicles
- Occasionally answer questions for customers in the bulk yard
-This position also will seasonally help with nursery projects, facility maintenance, and stocking products in other areas of the facility
- Any other duties as assigned

Pay - Benefits:
- $20.00 per hour
- Typical schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, working at least 30 hours per week. Hours will be 38 to 40+ hours per week in the Spring/Summer
- Paid vacation is available 90 days after start, retirement plan after 1 year
