Overview

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our pipe yard team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of machinery in a pipe yard setting, with a strong focus on loader operation. This role involves handling large equipment safely and efficiently to support projects, and material transportation. Candidates with mechanical knowledge, commercial driving experience, and familiarity with different types of trucks and machinery are highly preferred. Responsibilities

Operate loaders, including front loader Load and unload materials accurately and efficiently at industrial location Assist with the movement of materials Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and operational standards are maintained Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and report any issues promptly Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on site Support other activities as needed, including site preparation and cleanup

Qualifications

Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders Construction site experience is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery maintenance and troubleshooting Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy loads safely Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team Certification or training in heavy equipment operation is a plus

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
