Loader

to join our team and support daily loading and unloading operations.

Position Overview

The Loader is responsible for efficiently and safely loading, unloading, and organizing freight to ensure timely and accurate transportation. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically capable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload freight from trucks, trailers, and containers Move, stack, and organize materials and pallets Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transit Inspect freight for accuracy and visible damage Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment (forklift experience is a plus) Follow all company safety policies and procedures Keep loading areas, docks, and workspaces clean and organized Assist drivers and warehouse staff with general labor tasks as needed

Requirements

Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Ability to follow instructions and meet productivity goals Previous loading, warehouse, or hauling experience is preferred but not required
