Overview

Loaders are responsible for loading trucks with selected orders. This position ensures that all products are loaded accurately and efficiently for delivery to Huck's stores.

Key Responsibilities

Load selected store orders onto trucks accurately and efficiently. Perform assigned tasks on the dock, including palletizing cooler or dry products. Gather products from all departments and deliver to the dock for loading. Stack and organize products in the freezer as needed. Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Job responsibilities may not be limited to loading only. As a CWD associate, you may be required to assist with other job duties if there are business needs.

Job Requirements

Ability to lift at least 45 lbs. regularly. Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet for up to 10 hours per day. Must be organized and self-motivated to meet required dispatch times. Ability to work in changing temperature environments (e.g., freezer, cooler, and dry areas). Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
