The Arbors of Shelburne is looking for LNAs or Experienced Caregivers to join our team!

Make up to $26.50/hr with shift differentials and incentives!

Full Time, Part time & Per Diem Opportunities!

We are looking for a compassionate CNA/LNA/Experienced Caregiver to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Licensed Nursing Assistant/Experienced Caregiver, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care. Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
