Regency Home Health, LLC is seeking a compassionate LNA to join our dedicated team to provide exceptional home care and support to a client in need. A home care LNA provides a wide variety of services as necessary to meet the client's needs.

Their responsibilities include:

Provide assistance with ADL's including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, linen changes, laundry, and light housekeeping.

Accompany on outdoor activities, walks, shopping, etc.

Assisting with mobility exercises as defined by the care plan and reporting changes to the RN clinical supervisor

Prep and serve healthy meals

Maintaining a safe and clean environment

Providing emotional support and companionship

Communicating with healthcare professionals and family members

Keeping proper care records

Reporting any unusual incidents or behavior

Qualifications/Skills:

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively.

Physical ability to stand, squat, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, twist, climb, balance, crouch, and crawl. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Minimum 2+ year(s) experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors

Requirements:

Must have a valid LNA license in the state of New Hampshire

Negative TB skin test, QuantiFERON blood test, or chest X-ray

Adhere to HIPPAA policy's and maintain client confidentiality
