5 (Twins - 11 y/o boy & girl, 5 y/o boy, 3 y/o boy, 6-month-old girl)

Overview

A warm and welcoming family is seeking a dedicated, experienced

live-in nanny

to support their household during the week. This is a full-time, weekday-only position focused primarily on caring for the family's youngest children, including a 6-month-old infant. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and genuinely passionate about working with children.

This is a long-term opportunity. The family values someone who is confident managing multiple children, particularly with a strong background in infant and toddler care.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Care:

Full care of the infant (feeding, naps, diapering, developmental play, bathing).

Support for Other Children:

Assistance with the 3- and 5-year-olds before/after school, including meals, dressing, and play.

Routine Management:

Maintain daily schedules and support developmental milestones.

Light Household Tasks:

Family laundry (adults and children) Simple, nutritious meal and snack prep for children Keeping children's bedrooms, play areas, and common spaces tidy

Transportation:

School and activity drop-offs/pick-ups on an as-needed basis

Travel:

Flexibility for possible occasional travel with the family

Communication:

Maintain open, regular communication with parents

Schedule & Structure

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

(with occasional flexibility for date nights)

Weekends Off

4-5 children are typically in school full-time during the day

Qualifications

Minimum

5 years

of professional nanny experience (live-in preferred) Strong experience with

infants and toddlers

CPR/First Aid certified

(current) Comfortable managing a busy, child-centered household Self-directed, highly dependable, and nurturing Valid driver's license preferred
