About the Position:
Small law firm seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to join our team. This is an in-person, full-time position for someone who thrives working independently and can hit the ground running.Compensation:
$25-35/hour depending on experienceWhat We're Looking For:
Paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree Strong litigation experience (essential) Probate experience (essential) Experience with estates and trusts Trust and estate litigation experience Highly self-directed and organized Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Comfortable working in a small firm environment where you'll wear multiple hats Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Case management and file organization Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery Court filings and calendar management Client communication Trial preparation Probate and trust administration support Trust and estate litigation support
