The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in handling complex litigation cases, particularly those involving commercial disputes and consumer protection laws. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of litigation matters, conducting thorough legal research, drafting necessary legal documents, and representing clients in court. Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. At least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial law or consumer protection. Strong understanding of state and federal litigation procedures. Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Eligible to practice law in the state where PSI operates. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
