Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience

What You'll Do:

Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery Take and defend depositions Draft and argue motions Attend court conferences and oral arguments

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of defense litigation experience Admission to practice in New York Strong academic credentials Excellent legal writing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
