Compensation:

$100,000+ potential

Responsibilities:

Daily seller prospecting (expired listings, FSBOs, sphere, farm areas) Run listing appointments using a proven presentation Manage listings from pre-launch through closing with admin/marketing support Help design and improve the systems that will scale the Listing Division Grow into leadership as division production expands

Qualifications:

Active Hawaii real estate license is required 2+ years of experience selling listings on Oahu and outbound prospecting experience Confident on the phone -- thrives on conversations, follow-up, and daily activity Disciplined, self-motivated, and ready to build something big Business-Minded and excited by the idea of helping create a listing division from scratch
