Responsibilities

Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program (provided training) Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis Host two open houses each month Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script practice sessions in line with team standards Take part in team activities according to team guidelines Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services Negotiate offers for your sellers Record activities and manage clients using PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Team player Licensed real estate professional 3+ years' of real estate sales experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Learning based, growth-minded Organized Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills
