Responsibilities

Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program. Consistently apply PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly schedule. Conduct a minimum of two open houses each month to attract potential buyers. Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed client appointments. Participate in weekly script rehearsals to meet team communication standards. Engage fully in team events, fostering a supportive and family-like environment. Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training, and Partner Calls for professional growth. Provide expert guidance to sellers, secure property listings, and execute effective marketing plans. Demonstrate strong skills in pricing, staging, and all aspects of listing management. Negotiate offers confidently and advocate for sellers' best interests. Keep detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities using PLACE Technology. Must hold an active real estate license or be willing to obtain one; we offer free assistance to help you get licensed.
