Responsibilities

Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis Host a minimum of two open houses each month Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines Actively participate in team events and initiatives as required Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Advise sellers, secure listings, and promote properties effectively Apply expertise in pricing, staging, and other listing-related services Represent sellers in offer negotiations Maintain accurate records of activities and client information using PLACE Technology

Qualifications

Valid real estate license in the state of New Mexico

Minimum of 2 years experience as a listing agent or in a related real estate role Proven track record of successfully listing and selling residential properties Strong knowledge of the Albuquerque real estate market and local neighborhoods Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships Ability to conduct market analysis and prepare competitive market pricing strategies Flexible schedule with availability to meet client needs, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms to promote listings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
