Welcome to Ron's Lights LLC! We are a growing small family business specializing in eBay sales of automotive lights, Our team is collaborative, supportive, and committed to efficiency and attention to detail.
We are searching for a Packer/Lister. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer / Lister to help manage our eBay operations. This role is essential for maintaining smooth daily operations, accurate listings, and timely shipments. If you enjoy hands-on work and have an eye for detail, this is a great opportunity to join a small, dynamic team. This job involves picking parts, shipping them and listing them.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and package orders for shipment accurately and efficiently Create and maintain eBay listings, including photos, descriptions, and pricing Assist with inventory organization and quality control when needed Label and stage packages for carrier pickups Support daily operations during high-volume days or short staffing Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Assist with other operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, packing, organizing) Basic computer skills (eBay platform experience a plus) Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Hours/Benefits:
Monday- Friday; 9-5
PTO 401K MATCH HEALTH INSURANCE (Half employee/Half employer)
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
