About Roaring Fork Restaurant Group:

Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated restaurant group celebrating 27 years of business as a QDOBA Mexican Eats franchisee in WI, IL, and IA. We are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 (and counting) QDOBA locations within the territory, making us one of the largest QDOBA franchisees nationally. In September of 2021, MR Chicken LLC was formed, ushering in a new chapter of growth and bringing the Dave's Hot Chicken brand to Wisconsin. With 17 Dave's Hot Chicken locations committed, 11 currently open, and plans for at least 7 more in the next 3 years. We pride ourselves in serving up the freshest of flavors in beautiful environments with distinctive decor. In 2023, we were honored to be named the Franchisee of the Year for QDOBA.

Key Responsibilities:

Create guest orders as requested and ensure the accuracy of each order Frequently clean the service line, restaurant equipment, and dining area and assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness Prepare, create and maintain food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portions and food prep logs/tools Provide fantastic customer service throughout the entire working shift Ring order accurately by using the point-of-sale system
