We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary restrictions. Prepare and serve food while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Maintain an organized work area, including the kitchen, dining area, and service stations. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety practices, and sanitation standards. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and order processing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
