Are you looking for a role in a manufacturing environment applying your attention to detail and hands-on experience? If yes, join Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND, as a Line Operator in our extrusion manufacturing facility.

In this vital Line Operator position, you'll oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process, expertly managing raw materials, producing top-quality parts on our production line, and meticulously preparing finished goods for their journey to customers.

Schedule Options:

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Pay:

$20.00 / hr.plus $2.00 evening shift premium

Highlights of your role:
Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless production operations Safely handle tooling and maintain a clean workspace Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders Use a forklift as needed to move raw materials and/or finished goods within the manufacturing plant Proactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your role



You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
High school degree or GED Demonstrates effective communication and social skills Proven organizational and problem-solving skills are vital for success Desire and ability to learn and work with new technology Forklift certification or the ability to acquire certification
