POSITION DESCRIPTION:


The primary purpose of the Part-Time Customer Service Center Line Leader is to serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting our E-ZPass walk-in center. This individual is responsible for managing the customer line, gauging initial inquiries to ensure customers have the correct paperwork and are directed appropriately, and maintaining a friendly, professional attitude as the front-facing representative of RITBA.

This position reports directly to the CSC Manager and will work with several key functional departmental Supervisors and Managers.

SCHEDULE & PAY:

Part-Time | Starting at $19.50/hr | ($20/hr after 3 months)

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:



Bachelor's Degree, preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred and compensated for Transportation or Tolling industry experience, preferred 1-3 Years' Customer Service experience, required Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:



Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for walk-in customers. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Manage and coordinate the customer queue to ensure efficient flow and minimal wait times. Conduct initial customer inquiries to understand their E-ZPass needs. Direct customers to the correct service window or representative. Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork before they are called. Maintain a clean and organized lobby/waiting area. Communicate wait times and manage customer expectations effectively.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:



This individual must have a proven ability to be detail oriented and analytical Strong communication skills Customer Service skills ETC industry experience, preferred Ability to work independently with limited management supervision Demonstrate strong organizational, multi-tasking and interpersonal communications skills Must be proficient with computers and MS Office 365
