We have both AM & PM shifts available.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of the kitchen and work areas

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team

Skills:
- Culinary skills: Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods
- Food preparation: Knowledge of ingredient selection, portioning, allergens and presentation
- Food service: Understanding of customer service principles and ability to interact with guests
- Food safety: Adherence to proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Restaurant experience: Familiarity with restaurant operations and kitchen equipment
- Kitchen organization: Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meal preparation: Experience in preparing meals according to recipes and specifications
- Cooking skills: Proficiency in using knives and other kitchen tools
