Join our dynamic team as a Food Truck Line Cook, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and service to our customers for Brewer's Alley, Alley Wagon. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for the food industry. As part of our food truck crew, you will engage with customers, prepare delicious meals, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Shifts:

4-5 Shifts per week, average of 30-40 hour per week

Duties

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including cooking areas, serving counters, and storage spaces. Adhere to all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or needs for replenishment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or the food service industry is preferred. Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and equipment usage. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently in a quick-service fast food restaurant environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
