Ultimate Ninjas Libertyvillre is looking for an Manager to oversee all Lil' Ninjas program staff and operations of the local business unit. Manager responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing staff, coaching and customer service. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be awesome, while ensuring our volumes are on the rise. Ultimately, you'll help our company grow and thrive.

Hours vary but may include: 10:00am-2:00pm Monday-Friday; 8:30am-11:00am Saturday; and 8:30am-11:00am Sunday. Additional hours available during week if desired.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations Design strategy and set goals for growth Maintain budgets and optimize expenses Set curriculum Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally Oversee recruitment and training of new employees Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance Ensure staff follows safety regulations

Skills

Experience with coaching preferred Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude
