LIHTC FILE PROCESSOR

SUMMARY:

We are looking for a qualified affordable housing compliance file processor to join our Silva Management team! A LIHTC file processor is responsible for analyzing, file processing and providing support to site managers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Process the resident files within the time frames outlined in a contract or communicate with Compliance Director should some circumstance prevent a timely review

Communicate in written form regarding the deficiencies found in the resident files.

Process resident files for Golden West Senior Living

And other duties as required

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

2 to 5 years of experience in affordable housing compliance or affordable property management is required. Certifications a plus.

Strong time management skills and keen sense of attention to detail.

Candidate must be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency and be results driven.

Candidate must be able to adjust to multiple demands, shift priorities and demonstrate flexibility.

Must have a working knowledge of the requirements of the LIHTC

Salary based on experience. Health benefits after 60 days, 401K eligible after one year. EOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
