Job Description

illumiPure is seeking a motivated Lighting Sales Representative to expand CleanWhite and other illumiPure technologies throughout the Houston Metroplex. This role requires technical understanding, consultative selling skills, and the ability to communicate the health, financial, and operational benefits of our patented lighting systems.

Competitive commission structure

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

$100,000+

annually (realistic first-year expectation)

Uncapped commission

with higher earning potential as territory matures

Additional Requirements

Must have a reliable working vehicle Local travel throughout the Houston Metroplex is required Occasional travel for trade shows or corporate training

Territory

Houston Metroplex Focus on healthcare, education, corporate offices, industrial facilities, and municipal/government clients Opportunity to expand territory over time based on performance

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business and build relationships with end users such as dentists, childcare facilities, government facilities, and more. Conduct onsite demos, assessments, and presentations Become an expert in CleanWhite(TM) and explain the science behind eliminating 450nm blue-light hazards Manage full sales cycle and maintain CRM accuracy Represent illumiPure at industry events, trainings, and trade shows

Desired Qualifications

Sales experience in lighting, electrical, construction, or related field (preferred but not required if highly motivated) Strong communication and presentation abilities Comfortable discussing technical concepts with non-technical audiences Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed targets Valid driver's license and dependable personal vehicle
