We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, reliable, and excited to work in both digital and hands-on environments.
No prior dental or CAD experience is required, we will fully train the right candidate.

What You'll Do
Digital Design & Additive Manufacturing (SLS/SLA)
Use our custom software to prepare digital files for 3D printing
Support our SLS and SLA printers by setting up cases and organizing print jobs
Review digital files to make sure everything looks correct before printing
Help maintain efficient, well-documented digital production flow
Be part of a team that embraces continuous learning and ongoing growth
Light Assembly & Production Tasks
Complete the required finishing steps for SLS and SLA 3D-printed parts as part of the production workflow
Check the fit and finish of custom medical devices using hands-on tools and processes
Check each device for quality, accuracy, and proper specifications
Prepare case paperwork, documentation, labels, and packaging
Follow clear instructions to help keep production running smoothly and on schedule
Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient
Team & Workflow Support
Work closely with a friendly, high-performing team to keep production moving smoothly
Learn different parts of the workflow so you can step in and support where needed
Communicate clearly and ask questions to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality
Participate in continuous improvement by sharing ideas and helping refine processes
Bring a compassionate, reliable, and customer-focused attitude to every task
Qualifications
Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work

Comfortable with both hands-on tasks and computer-based workflows
Eager to learn, grow, and improve every day
Communicates clearly and works well with others
Able to stand for extended periods during production work
Good computer skills: CAD or 3D printing experience is a plus but not required
Pay and Benefits
Pay: Starting at $25 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., with flexibility within those hours
Time Off: 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)
