, a small private ski club located in Naples, NY, is seeking reliable and safety-mindedLift Operators
for the 2025-2026 winter season. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, being part of a close-knit team, and contributing to a great guest experience on the mountain.Responsibilities
Operate ski lifts safely and efficiently. Assist members and guests with loading and unloading the lift. Monitor lift areas for safety issues, hazards, or equipment concerns. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work zones. Communicate effectively with supervisors, patrollers, and other mountain staff. Provide friendly, helpful service to club members and guests.
Qualifications
Must be able to work outdoors in cold, snowy, and windy conditions. Ability to stand for long periods and perform light to moderate physical activity. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety procedures. No experience required -- training provided.
Schedule
Day and/or Night Shifts. Seasonal employment during the winter operating season.
Pay & Perks
$17 per hour
Season pass to Hunt Hollow Ski Club
Opportunity to learn ski area operationsPay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
