The Opportunity

The Lifestyle Director will be a key member of the community team, employed by Associa, and will work closely with Toll Brothers' sales and marketing teams to deliver a best-in-class resident experience. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a comprehensive portfolio of social, recreational, cultural, wellness, and educational programs designed to enrich resident life, promote engagement, and support the community's luxury brand identity. The Lifestyle Director also plays a critical role in showcasing the community to prospective buyers through curated experiences and tours that highlight the distinctive amenities and active lifestyle at Regency at EverRange.

Primary Responsibilities

Resident Programs & Events: Develop, implement, and manage community-wide programs including fitness and wellness classes, cultural and educational events, special celebrations, and social gatherings that reflect the Regency lifestyle. Resident Engagement: Solicit input and encourage participation from residents to maximize involvement and foster a vibrant, active, and connected community. Prospective Buyer Experience: Partner with Toll Brothers' sales team to oversee the Guest House Program, including booking reservations, hosting tours of the clubhouse and amenities, facilitating homeowner ambassador interactions, and delivering a curated introduction to the community lifestyle. New Homeowner Integration: Organize New Neighbor Socials and orientation programs to welcome new residents and integrate them into the community, while creating opportunities for prospects to experience the lifestyle firsthand. Facility Scheduling & Administration: Assist resident groups, clubs, and community organizations with scheduling association facilities, coordinating program requirements, and collecting applicable fees. Budget & Vendor Management: Prepare and manage the lifestyle budget, coordinate with vendors, contractors, and entertainment providers, and ensure programming is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with the community's luxury standards. Marketing & Communications: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop newsletters, flyers, and promotional materials that highlight lifestyle programming and enhance the community's brand presence. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all events comply with licensing, permits, insurance, and safety regulations. Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between Associa management, Toll Brothers' sales and marketing teams, and residents to maintain brand standards, elevate the community experience, and deliver seamless programming. Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support a dynamic and engaging community environment.
Who You Are

A polished communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats. Hospitable, outgoing, and approachable, with a natural ability to engage residents and prospects in a professional and personable manner. Creative, resourceful, and able to integrate new ideas into established programs while maintaining brand consistency and luxury standards. Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to network and collaborate across departments and external partners. Comfortable leveraging technology to enhance program delivery, resident engagement, and communications.
Qualifications

Essential:
o Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Hospitality, Communications, or equivalent experience in lifestyle or recreation programming.

o Minimum 3 years' experience coordinating and promoting recreational programs, volunteer programs, or community events.

Preferred:
o Experience with homeowner associations, active adult communities, or luxury residential lifestyle programs.
