Position Summary

BW Connect is seeking motivated and community-driven Lifeline Field Agents to join our outreach team. As a field agent, you will be responsible for enrolling eligible low-income individuals into the Lifeline Program, which offers free government-supported smartphones and wireless service. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped earning potential based on performance.

We are also looking for a experienced manager to run the area market. MUST HAVE PRIOR LIFELINE/ACP EXPERIENCE

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and set up pop-up events in high-traffic or approved community areas (outdoors or indoors) Engage with low-income individuals to explain Lifeline program benefits Submit applications accurately through a provided sales portal Activate and distribute Android smartphones on-site Provide basic tech setup support to customers (SIM installation, phone setup)
Represent BW Connect with professionalism and integrity in the field

Requirements:

Looking for FULL TIME AGENTS ONLY!!

Reliable transportation to travel to event locations or designated outreach areas Must be comfortable working outdoors and engaging with the public Basic understanding of how to operate and activate Android smartphones Must own or have access to a smartphone, tablet, or laptop to access the sales portal Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Previous experience in sales, outreach, or customer service. Previous experience in lifeline/ACP is preferred and pays a higher commission ---
