Position Overview:
Are you an experienced and licensed Life/Health insurance professional who thrives on meaningful conversations with customers and enjoys helping others grow? We're looking for someone who is not only confident in guiding customers through their insurance needs but also skilled in mentoring and training team members.
This position is more than just a sales role -- it's an opportunity to become a key leader within our agency. We're seeking someone who could eventually step into office manager responsibilities and serve as a trusted representative when the agent is away. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their life and health insurance needs
Present personalized coverage options that align with customer goals
Help train and mentor other team members in effective customer conversations
Take initiative in improving office systems and contributing to agency success
Be ready to fill in for the agent as needed in leadership and customer-facing roles
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Life & Health license (or ability to obtain)
Previous insurance experience strongly preferred
Natural communicator with a passion for helping others
Leadership potential or experience managing/coaching teams
Strong organizational skills and a professional, trustworthy presence
