Lifeguard I
Windsor Recreation Services Division is seeking lifeguards for this upcoming Fall through Winter season. Lifeguards ensure the safety of our guest while providing courteous, friendly and professional assistance. The Lifeguard will provide aquatic instruction in classes and programs based upon the guidelines and standard operating procedures set by the American Red Cross during swim lessons. Performing duties include, greeting participants, verbal class instruction and equipment/pool setup. Requirements: Lifeguard certification/WSI preferred; previous aquatics program teaching experience; and, current CPR and First Aid Certification or willing to obtain. Must be able to work Saturdays from 10:30am-2pm October through May. Salary is $17.35 per hour, depending on experience.
