Delta Community Supports is recruiting Lifesharing providers who reside in
Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware, Lehigh and Northampton Counties in Pennsylvania!
Are you ready to make a life-changing difference? Lifesharing through Delta Community Supports connects individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities to caring families who open their homes and hearts. As a Lifesharing provider, you'll offer a supportive, inclusive home environment where someone can truly thrive -- and become part of your family.
Lifesharing is a community-based living arrangement where people with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism (ID/A) live in the homes of trained providers. Providers receive training, ongoing support, and a generous stipend to help them provide the best care possible.
