This is a 100% commission sales role -- your income is determined by your effort and results. Note: You must live in the United States for this position. Responsibilities: o Prospecting & Lead Generation: Work with our proven platform that connects you with qualified prospects, so you can spend more time closing sales and less time chasing cold leads. o Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings to understand clients' financial goals and recommend tailored life insurance solutions. o Sales Presentations: Present policy options in a clear, compelling way that addresses client needs and builds trust. o Relationship Management: Build lasting client relationships with ongoing support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention. o Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends and product updates to best serve the clients. o Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of activity and results to monitor progress toward income goals. o Compliance: Always follow state regulations, company policies, and ethical standards while safeguarding client information. Qualifications: o Proven sales experience, ideally in insurance or financial services (not required if you are highly motivated to learn). o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport virtually. o Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. o Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently from home. o Comfortable using technology (video calls, CRM tools, online applications). o High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus). o Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (we provide guidance and support for licensing).
