Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs o Educate clients on policy options, empowering them to make informed decisions o Manage the sales cycle, from prospecting to policy approval to annual follow-ups o Educate clients on available policies and coverage options o Stay informed about industry trends, product advancements to enhance your expertise o Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team

Qualifications:

• Active Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one - we provide guidance) o Strong communication and interpersonal skills o Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively o Basic computer skills for CRM and client management o Technical device to conduct business, laptop/iPad/desktop
