This is a 1099 independent contractor position, meaning you have the freedom to create your own schedule, control your earnings, and build your business with the support of a structured mentorship program, and allows you an unlimited income potential--all while positively impacting the lives of others. Responsibilities
With full training provided, your key responsibilities will include:

Educating individuals, families, and businesses on personalized insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure trust and long-term satisfaction. Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients, with mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals. Participating in ongoing training to continually improve your skills and industry knowledge. Representing our company with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to helping others.

Qualifications

A positive, motivated, and coachable attitude. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license. Bilingual Speakers are highly encouraged to apply A one-time $200 investment for training, support, and carrier access (if unlicensed, an additional $250 licensing fee applies, with full guidance provided).
