We are looking for a life insurance agent with amazing customer service skills to join our fast-growing insurance agency and help our clients achieve their financial goals. You'll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: o Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience o Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies o Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping o Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims o Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies o Sales experience preferred - business mindset, no mile too far o Strong communication skills, both written and verbal o Desire to help families and businesses to "Be Good At Life" o Strong business acumen o Professional business demeanor o Perseverance in the face of a challenge o Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks/contacts Qualifications: o Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus o Excellent verbal and written communication skills required o Proficiency with Microsoft Office products o Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued o High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred o Ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clients o Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially, so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounter o Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goals o Cultivating relationships with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security o Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clients o Providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances arise o Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of the community over time Please Note: We, unfortunately, can only accept applicants who are either US citizens.
