What You'll Do:

Plan and lead engaging activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being Design and schedule meaningful programs tailored to residents' preferences Coordinate with outside groups and vendors to enhance programming Ensure activities meet quality and safety standards Provide personal care and delegated nursing services as needed Report directly to the Community Director and support overall resident satisfaction

What You'll Need:

Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED 1-2 years of experience working with seniors, preferred Proven experience planning and leading activities for older adults Creativity, enthusiasm, and compassion for working with older adult
