We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team! Think beyond bingo and help create and run new and exciting activity programs for our wonderful residents. Unleash your creativity and enrich lives while doing so!

Available schedules:

RFT 9am-5pm- (this position requires working every weekend)*

Willing to train! No experience required!

What you'll do at The Avalon:

Assists the Activities Director to develop and promote recreational activities*
Encourage residents to participate in various activity programs.*
Implement programs of individual and group activities based on resident needs.*
Assist with identifying and documenting residents activity interests past and present.*
Assist and supervise with off - site bus trips.*
Ability to lead, direct, and motivate others to innovate and excel
