You\xe2\x80\x99ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000+ at plan Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies
• Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current
• Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
• Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience
• Process current policyholders\xe2\x80\x99 insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
• Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferred
• Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred

• Customer service or experience as a sales representative is highly valued
• Previous life insurance experience a plus
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus
• Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued
