About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)who is passionate about animal care and eager to become an integral part of our medical team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and surgical support skills and a commitment to excellent patient care and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist veterinarians in exam rooms and during surgical procedures Perform surgical prep, dental procedures, and treatments Place IV catheters and monitor anesthesia Educate clients on preventive care, parasite control, and medication administration Handle and restrain small animals safely and compassionately

Qualifications

Current Washington State Veterinary Technician License (required) Knowledge of small animal handling, restraint, and medical procedures Experience with surgical and anesthesia protocols preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Able to lift 40 lbs unassisted or 100 lbs assisted
