What You'll Do

- Provide therapy via secure telehealth to youth, families, and adults in the community.
- Work directly with schools, re-entry programs, and community partners to close care gaps.
- Keep client documentation simple and compliant (we handle the admin side for you).
- Participate in group supervision, growth sessions, and leadership opportunities.
- Help shape programs that truly meet people where they are.

Who You Are

- Licensed in Ohio (LPC, LPCC, LSW, or equivalent).
- Passionate about helping people -- especially in schools and underserved communities.
- Excited about tech-forward mental health care and innovative telehealth.
- Looking for flexibility, purpose, and the chance to grow into leadership.

Compensation & Perks
