Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties. Conduct market research to stay informed about property values and market trends. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms. Provide guidance on property management practices and Fair Housing regulations. Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and property listings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Stay updated on real estate laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients effectively. Proficient in marketing techniques to attract potential buyers or tenants. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing client communication. Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive client relationships. Proven sales experience within the real estate industry or related fields. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure ethical practices. Base Pay: $65,490.91 - $78,870.77 per year
