Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Broker, you will guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties. Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations and market trends. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers. Maintain an extensive network of contacts within the real estate industry to facilitate transactions. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire transaction process. Manage property listings, including updating information on various platforms. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including agents, appraisers, and inspectors. Maintain organized records of transactions, client communications, and administrative tasks.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients effectively. Proficient in marketing techniques to enhance property visibility. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele. Excellent customer service skills to build lasting relationships with clients. Proven sales experience in the real estate sector or related fields. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is essential. Strong communication skills for clear interactions with clients and stakeholders. Experience in property management is beneficial for understanding client needs. Administrative experience to manage paperwork efficiently throughout transactions. Organizational skills to handle multiple listings and client inquiries simultaneously.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
