Who We're Looking For

A fully licensed therapist in New York State (LMHC or LMHC-D only). Currently, we are not considering applicants who are provisionally licensed or require supervision. Someone with an active caseload who is passionate about providing high-quality care. A therapist available for:
Part-time: Minimum of 15 sessions per week.

Full-time: 25-30 sessions per week.

Experience working with diverse populations and therapeutic modalities is a plus.

Responsibilities

As an employee, you will:

Provide high-quality individual and couples therapy to adolescent and adult clients. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Participate in occasional team meetings and stay informed of practice policies and procedures. Foster a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for all clients. Adhere to ethical and legal standards in accordance with New York State licensing regulations. Collaborate with clients and or other professionals to support therapeutic goals. If supervising, provide 1 hour of supervision to each supervisee weekly; this includes signing off on their clinical notes as well.
This position allows you to focus solely on providing therapy while our practice manages administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and marketing.
