Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed therapist to provide individual, family, and/or group counseling for children, adolescents, and their families in our Emmaus & Kutztown locations. The ideal candidate is relational, organized, and eager to be part of a supportive, growth-minded clinical community.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality psychotherapy to clients within your scope of practice
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain timely, thorough, and compliant documentation in our EHR system
Collaborate with parents, schools, and other providers as clinically appropriate
Attend team meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities
Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all client interactions
Participate in community outreach and marketing events as desired
Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
Current Pennsylvania license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist)
Experience working with children and/or adolescents preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, reliability, and teamwork abilities
