New Path Mental Health & Wellness is looking to add qualified Behavioral Health Therapists to our growing practice!

Work either part-time or full-time, you have complete control over your caseload and schedule. Our fully staffed front desk will schedule your intakes and take care of any scheduling needs your clients may have. We offer in-house marketing, so no marketing fees. Credentialing is fully handled by the company, and we already work with over 11 insurance panels. Billings insurance for claims is entirely handled by our billing department once notes are completed. We offer a completive benefits package for full-time employees that includes: Medical, Dental and Vision insurance (we pay a portion of your premium), 401K with 3% contribution match by the company, short/long term disability coverage and an accidental life insurance policy (fully covered by us).
Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university with at least a master's degree in a behavioral science discipline. Independently licensed to practice in Arkansas, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, preferred. Maintain licensure according to the Arkansas Social Work Licensing Board, Counseling Board, or Psychology Board, as applicable Comply with all State, regulatory, and company requirements for quality patient care, confidentiality and privacy Provide ethical professional mental health counseling Provide initial assessments/diagnoses Maintain records, psychotherapy notes Follow treatment plans

Pay: $50,099.00 - $120,069.00 per year
