ATTENTION: All GA Licensed Practical Nurses with Supervisory Exp. We are recruiting clinicians with superior customer service skills, compassion and empthay to fill Direct Hire positions at one of Atlanta\'s premier Long-term Care Facilities. Join a team of professionals that assists with providing safe, age appropriate care to the residents by performing basic resident care functions (i.e., ADLs, ambulation, vital signs, approved technical procedures) and performs other duties deemed necessary to ensure the delivery of preferred care. What is required:

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing as a LPN required
• Current Georgia License as a Practical Nurse required
• Current American Heart Association (BLS) required
• Experienced Supervisory and Mentorship
• Previously LTC in a Nursing Home or Rehab Facility (required)

Responsibilities

Provide excellent nursing treatment and healthcare to patients.

Treat patients suffering from various illnesses through nursing care activities.

Assist and support physicians, surgeons and clinicians in treating patients.

Assist patients with lab tests, x-rays, and other related tests as ordered by doctors or surgeons.

Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.

Coordinate with rehab and other nursing staff in healthcare delivery to patients.

Implement treatment plans as ordered by doctors or physicians or surgeons.

Document and manage patient assessment reports, lab tests & reports and treatment interventions.

Maintain the highest degree of standards in treating patients through treatment nurse activities.

Provide treatment interventions to patients in consistence with hospital\xe2\x80\x99s policies and guidelines

The essential functions of this role include:
