What You'll Do:
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions Provide skilled care (e.g., tube feedings, wound care, catheterization) Coordinate with physicians, residents, and families Advocate for your residents and ensure top-quality, person-centered care Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
