Job Description
This position provides each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident\xe2\x80\x99s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Must possess, as a minimum, an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Must be able to understand and carry out oral and written instruction
Required experience: long term care or skilled nursing: 1 year
Required license or certification: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
