About Your Role:


As a

Licensed Outpatient Therapist

, you will be responsible for the provision of individual and family therapy sessions for consumers assigned to each caseload. Ensures completion of required clinical documentation related to individual caseloads in a timely manner.

Perks of this role:

Competitive pay: Billable rate $40-$45/hour

Compensation Structure for Full-Time Therapists:During the first 90 days of employment, full-time therapists will receive an hourly rate of $20, for up to 40 hours per week, while actively building their caseload. After the initial 90-day period, compensation will transition to a billable/non-billable model: + Billable hours will be compensated at a rate of $40-$45 per hour, based on experience and performance. + Non-billable time will be compensated at a rate of $15 per hour. Please note, anytime during the first 90 days, one can choose to move to the billable/non-billable model.

Does the following apply to you?

Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania. Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar clinical discipline. + Must have a verified clinical practicum.
